MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to stimulate revenue growth.
- Supervise a team of sales representatives, offering guidance, training, and assistance to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
- Foster and sustain relationships with key customers and business partners in the automotive sector.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Actively pursue new sales prospects through methods like cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Create and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and finalize deals while addressing complaints or objections.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales within the automotive industry, with a focus on Fuso, Canter, and Isuzu vehicles.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Specific expertise in Japan truck parts is highly desirable.
